We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100.00 (VAT included), valid for all EU destinations listed above.
3. Order Processing & Transit

Transit Time: Delivery takes between 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country and courier.

4. Couriers
We work with trusted logistics partners including Sameday Courier, DPD, Post HD, Post Nord, Omniva, Colis Privé, Hermes, ELTA, Bartolini, DHL, MRW, Slovenian Post, and Packeta.
5. Tracking & Notifications

6. Address Changes & Order Cancellation

Address Changes: You may request an address update within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@minoxidil.eu. Once an order is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled any time before being handed over to the courier.
7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately.

If the damage is discovered after delivery, please email us photos of the damage at contact@minoxidil.eu, and we will assist you accordingly.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or excessively delayed, contact us at contact@minoxidil.eu and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only to the countries listed in this policy.
Orders placed from any other country—including those outside the European Union or EU countries not mentioned above—will be cancelled and refunded.
