Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over €100 (VAT included) qualify for free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Romania: 1–2 business days
Other EU countries: 2–6 business days
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+2) ship the same day.

Which couriers do you use?

We partner with: Sameday Courier, DPD, Packeta, Post Nord, DHL, Bartolini, Hermes, Colis Privé, MRW, and others depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number, courier details, and an estimated delivery date.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at contact@minoxidil.eu. Address changes are not possible once your order has shipped.

What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?

If visibly damaged at delivery, refuse the package and contact us.
If already received, send photos to contact@minoxidil.eu.
For lost or severely delayed shipments, contact us—we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.

What is your return window?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return a product, even if you simply changed your mind.

Are returns free?

Yes. Return shipping is fully covered by us. No restocking fees or hidden charges apply.

Which products can be returned?

Items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
In resaleable condition
Returned with all tags and original documents

Hygiene Exception: Opened personal care items (e.g., hair devices) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (based on EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e)).

What are valid reasons for return?

Product is defective or damaged
Package never arrived
You canceled before dispatch

When will I receive my refund?

After inspecting your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 calendar days via bank transfer. Include your name, order number, and bank details in the return request.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in Romania, Poland, Hungary, and Bulgaria.
Card Payment: Secure online payment via debit/credit card processed through Viva Payments.

Are card payments secure?

Yes. Transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS security. We do not store your card data.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to your email after your order is dispatched.
