You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to decide if the product meets your expectations or if you simply changed your mind.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Complete and submit our online Return Form
We’ll arrange free pickup via our courier partner.
You may also notify us by email (contact@minoxidil.eu) or phone (+40 750 206 470).
Cost of the return is entirely supported by our company.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
Unused, unopened, and in original, sealed packaging
In a condition suitable for resale
Accompanied by all tags and original documents
Hygiene Exception: Due to health regulations (Art. 16(e), Ordinance 34/2014), personal care items (e.g. hair devices) cannot be returned once unsealed.
4. Accepted Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind – within the 14-day window
- Wrong product ordered – you may request an exchange or return
- Wrong item received – we’ll replace it or refund you
- Defective or faulty item – we’ll inspect and replace or refund
- Damaged during delivery – notify us with photos; we’ll replace/refund
- Order never arrived – we will investigate and refund or resend
- Order cancellation – contact us before dispatch to cancel
5. Refund Process
Once we inspect and approve your return, we’ll refund your product cost plus any return shipping fees via bank transfer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items.
Please provide your name, order number, and bank account details when you submit your return request.

No return‑shipping fees, even for defective or incorrectly shipped products

7. Exchanges & Replacements
If you received the wrong product or quantity, notify us and we’ll send the correct item or issue a full refund.
If the item you ordered is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or a refund.
