The general terms and conditions outlined below will apply to all transactions involving the sale of goods conducted through the online store www.minoxidil.eu.

We recommend that you carefully read these terms and conditions before purchasing or using any product on our website. By using the site, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions occurs when you create a Customer Account and select the option: “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.” By selecting this option and clicking the Validation button, you confirm that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions that you have read, understood, and fully accepted.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice or acceptance from users.

II. DEFINITIONS

CUSTOMER – Any individual or legal entity that uses the Site by creating and managing an Account and has consented to these General Terms and Conditions.

ORDER – Any request to purchase one or more products made by a Customer on the www.minoxidil.eu website. Placing an order automatically implies acceptance of the Site’s Terms and Conditions.

ACCOUNT – The section of the Site dedicated to the Customer’s personal information, including order history and identification data, accessed via email and password.

CONTRACT – This document, which regulates the General Terms and Conditions for the online sale of our products, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer, starting from the confirmation and acceptance of the Order.

SHOPPING CART – The section of the Site that contains information about the products selected by the Customer for purchase.

BUYER – Any Customer who makes a purchase on the Site.

PRODUCT – Any item available for purchase on the Site, which can be selected by the Customer by placing an Order. Products are categorized, and additional details about them are available on each product’s page.

SHIPPING FEE – The amount paid by the Customer to the Seller for the delivery of products to their address. The shipping fee is included in the final price of the Order (*for orders under 100 EUR, Courier).

III. CONTENT

The platform is dedicated to the online sale of hair care products. It reserves the right to adjust the site’s content according to identified needs.

IV. ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

 

Creating a Customer Account

Any individual or legal entity can register an account by filling in the appropriate fields. The Customer must provide accurate information for account creation and order processing and must not disclose access details to others, assuming responsibility for any damage caused by breaching this obligation. Account creation is only possible after accepting the presented Terms and Conditions.

Placing an Order

To place an order, the Customer can call the phone number displayed in the “Contact” section or follow these steps for an online order:

  • Log in or create an account if one does not already exist (optional).

  • Select the desired products and add them to the cart using the “Add to Cart” option. A summary of the products can be viewed in the “Shopping Cart” section on the right side of the page.

  • Simply adding products to the cart without completing the order will not result in the order being registered or the product being automatically reserved.

  • Fill in the personal data required to process the order, such as name, surname, contact details, delivery address, etc.

  • Select the payment method: online with a card or cash.

Before finalizing the order, the Customer can review the details: selected products, quantity, shipping fee, and payment method. After submitting the order or verifying the bank details by the payment processor, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email at the address associated with their account.

Any order placed on the site is subject to product availability and delivery/transport services.

The Customer can modify order details by calling the phone number displayed on the site, provided the products have not already been shipped to the Customer.

If an order detail is incorrect, the Customer must inform us promptly, from receipt until the order is shipped from the warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel the Customer’s order, with prior notice, without implying any further obligation or liability for damages, in the following situations:

  • The issuing bank of the Customer’s card declines the transaction in the case of online payment;

  • The transaction is invalidated by the card processor agreed upon by www.minoxidil.eu in the case of online payment;

  • The Customer provides incorrect or incomplete data.

This policy applies to all orders. The purpose of the delivery policy is to familiarize you with the delivery policy and its associated procedures. By placing an order in this store, you agree to the delivery policy and its rules. All products are delivered and sold from our own stock.

Your order will arrive in 1-2 days in Romania:

The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday – Door Delivery) is 3 EUR throughout Romania, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Sameday Easybox (Sameday – EasyBox) is 2.5 EUR throughout Romania, with no additional costs.

Bulgaria

Your order will arrive in 2-3 days in Bulgaria:

The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday Crossborder – Door Delivery) is 4 EUR throughout Bulgaria, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Sameday Easybox (Sameday Crossborder – Locker EasyBox) is 3,5 EUR throughout Bulgaria, with no additional costs.

Hungary

Your order will arrive in 2-3 days in Hungary:

The shipping cost to your door via Sameday (Sameday Crossborder – Door Delivery) is 4 EUR throughout Hungary, with no additional costs.

The shipping cost via Fox Post Lockers is 3,5 EUR throughout Hungary, with no additional costs.

Shipping Time and Transit Duration

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) before being handed over to the courier.

Usually, packages are in transit with the courier for 2–6 working days (Monday to Friday).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, and the last order shipped will be at 15:00 (3:00 PM Romania time).

Delivery and Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the delivery of your order. These emails will include the tracking number of the package and the courier company’s website, along with an estimated delivery date.

 

Changing the Delivery Destination

Once the package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at the email address contact@minoxidil.eu.

 

Canceling a Placed Order

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we offer the possibility to cancel the order at any time before it is handed over to the courier. Please also consult our return policy.

 

Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package has been damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse to accept the package in front of the courier and contact us using our details in the contact section. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact us.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

 

The price and payment method are specified in each Order. The sale price of the Products is the one in effect at the time of placing the Order, expressed in EUR(Euro) and includes VAT. Customers who opt for courier delivery will receive the invoice for the order at the email address provided.

 

On our website, buyers have two options for paying their orders:

Cash on Delivery: With this method, you can pay the courier in cash when they arrive at your location, without needing to pay anything in advance. This method will be available to Romania, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria.
Card Payment: With this method, you can pay for your order in advance with a card, and your transaction will be processed through Viva Payments – an online card payment platform. The Viva Payments processor will not charge you any additional fees, so you will pay exactly the price displayed at checkout.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

When and How Can a Customer Request a Return?

 

Once you have received your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to decide if the product meets your expectations. If there are items in your order that you wish to return, please fill out the return form.

After completing and submitting the return form or notifying us of your desire to return, we will arrange for the free pickup of the package by our partner courier, to send it back to us.

 

When Does the 14-Day Period Begin for the Customer?

The 14-day period begins for the customer from the moment the package has been received by them.

 

Refund of the Paid Amount

After we have received and verified the returned product, we will inform and notify you when the return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.

We commit to refunding the value of the returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, based on the return form or notification sent via email to contact@minoxidil.eu, completed by the customer.

The amount paid for the returned products and shipping will be refunded by the seller to the account specified by the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the return was accepted, please contact us at contact@minoxidil.eu.

In the return form/written notification, the data and bank account of the person requesting the return must be completed, including name, surname, and order number.

The return form available on the site is only an example. According to the legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement, using any preferred method, such as email, mail, verbal, etc.

 

We Do Not Charge Additional Fees When You Want to Make a Return

 

  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • No return shipping fee is charged for defective products.
  • No return shipping fee is charged if the customer ordered the wrong product/received the wrong product.
  • The cost of return shipping is fully covered by  www.minoxidil.eu.

Return Criteria:

 

  • The product must be in an unused, unopened, and unaffected condition, suitable for resale.

  • It must be returned sealed due to health or hygiene protection reasons.

  • Purchased products must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase or receipt, including maintaining intact packaging.

  • In the case of personal care or hygiene products, these cannot be returned after being unsealed or used once, such as hair care devices, etc., according to Article 16, letter e, of Ordinance 34/2014.

  • The return must include both the tags and the original documents with which they were shipped.

The Buyer has the option to withdraw from the products purchased from the online store without needing to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring additional costs.

 

Refunding or Replacing a Product

 If a different product or quantity was delivered, it is necessary to notify the seller to remedy the situation. If the product is no longer in stock, the buyer can opt for a replacement with another product or a full refund.

Also, if the customer ordered the wrong product, they can opt to exchange it for the correct product.

 

V. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect the Customer’s personal data. It is the Customer’s responsibility to consult our privacy policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
