I. Definitions

• Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses the Site and has accepted these Terms.

• Order: A purchase request placed by the Customer through the Site.
• Product: Any item available for sale on the Site.
• Shipping Fee: The cost charged for product delivery (see Shipping Policy).

II. Account & Ordering

1. Account Creation: Provide accurate data; the Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials.
2. Placing an Order:

   • Add Products to the Shopping Cart.
   • Complete personal and delivery details.
   • Select payment method and confirm.
   • You will receive an Order confirmation by email.
3. Modification/Cancellation:

   • We may cancel orders due to payment failure or incorrect data, without further liability.

III. Pricing & Payment

1. Currency & VAT: All prices are in EUR and include VAT. The final price is confirmed in your order email, and an invoice is sent upon dispatch.
2. DIGITALEASE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. does not charge any additional fees or commissions.
3. Payment Methods:
   
   • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier in cash (available in Romania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria).
   • Card Payment: Prepay securely via Viva Payments, with no extra fees.
4. Security: Online transactions are secured by SSL/TLS; we do not store full card details.

IV. Shipping Policy

Refer to our separate Shipping Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Cut‑off at 15:00 (GMT+2).
• Transit: 2–6 business days, depending on destination.
• Shipping free for orders ≥ €100 (including VAT).
• Tracking: You will receive email notifications with courier and tracking link.
• Damaged/Lost Shipments: Refuse damaged packages or contact us if lost.

V. Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window: 14 calendar days from receipt.
2. Conditions: Unused, sealed, in original packaging (hygiene items cannot be unsealed).
3. Process: Submit the Return Form or email, free pickup arranged.

Customer Responsibilities:

• To accept delivery at the indicated address or inform us in advance of any changes.

• To ensure products are used in accordance with their intended purpose and instructions.

• To process and fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner.

• To ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of order.

• To provide customer support and assistance in case of issues with products or deliveries.

• To comply with applicable laws regarding consumer rights, data protection, and e-commerce.

• To offer refunds or replacements in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

Both parties agree to act in good faith and to attempt resolving any disputes amicably prior to legal action.
